Warm meeting between Integra advisers and clients

Our story

A family business built on trust — and kept that way.

For over 30 years, Integra Financial Services has been a constant in the lives of the families we serve. That's not something we take lightly.

How we began

Founded on a belief that advice should feel personal.

Integra Financial Services was founded in the early 1990s with a simple conviction: that Australians deserved financial advice that felt like a conversation with a trusted friend — not a transaction with a stranger.

From the very beginning, we chose to stay small on purpose. Not because we couldn't grow, but because we understood that genuine advice requires genuine relationships. You can't truly know someone's goals, fears, and family dynamics from a 30-minute call once a year.

That philosophy has guided every decision we've made since. It's why many of our clients have been with us for 15, 20, even 25 years. It's why we know their children's names, remember their milestones, and pick up the phone when something changes in their lives.

We're proud of what we've built — not just the practice, but the relationships. They're the reason we come to work every day.

What we believe

Relationships first

We invest in understanding you before we invest your money. Every recommendation we make is grounded in a deep knowledge of your life, your goals, and your family.

Honest advice, always

We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Our advice is independent, objective, and always in your best interests.

Long-term thinking

We're not interested in short-term wins. We build plans designed to last — through market cycles, life changes, and the unexpected.

Family values

As a family business ourselves, we understand what family means. We treat our clients' financial futures with the same care we'd give our own.

Our process

How we work

A clear, considered process — so you always know where you stand.

01

Getting to know you

Discovery

Every relationship starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your current situation, your goals, your concerns, and what financial security means to you and your family.

There's no agenda and no pressure — just an honest discussion so we can understand whether we're the right fit for each other.

Building your picture

Research & Strategy

Once we understand your world, we get to work. We analyse your assets, income, superannuation, insurance, and tax position to build a complete picture of where you are today.

From there we develop a strategy tailored specifically to your goals — not a template, not a product recommendation, but a genuine plan built around your life.

02
03

Seeing your future clearly

Advice Presentation

We present our recommendations in plain language, walking you through every element of the strategy and the reasoning behind it.

For most clients this includes a lifetime cashflow model — a projection of your financial position across your lifetime that makes the numbers real and helps you see exactly what's possible.

Putting the plan into action

Implementation

Once you're comfortable with the strategy, we handle the implementation. From investment platforms to superannuation rollovers and insurance applications, we manage the process end to end.

We keep you informed at every step so nothing happens without your knowledge and approval.

04
05

Staying with you for the long term

Ongoing Review

Life changes — and your plan should too. We meet with you regularly to review your strategy, track your progress, and adjust as your circumstances evolve.

This is where the long-term relationship really matters. We're not just here for the initial advice — we're here for the journey.
